The laws requires that organisations clearly outline what type of information they hold, the reasons this information is held, the way in which it is used and in what circumstances it is disclosed.
We may in the course of our dealings directly or indirectly with our clients collect personal or sensitive information about the client or the client business, or staff of the client business. We only collect information on a need to know basis to assist us in providing a service to the client.
SESA will collect personal information to be able to develop and identify products and services that may be of interest to you, unless you advise us not to. We aim to ensure the security of the information we collect, and take all reasonable measures to ensure it is not misused, lost, modified or disclosed to unauthorised parties. Information may be stored electronically or in hard copy.
